Informational Purposes Only The maps, trail routes, and GPS data provided are for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any route.
Changing Conditions Trails are subject to weather, erosion, or closures. You are responsible for checking local conditions and land management alerts before your trip.
Total Assumption of Risk You voluntarily assume all risks associated with hiking and navigation, including physical injury, death, or property damage. TrailMapp is not liable for incidents occurring during your use of the app.
Supplemental Tool This app is not a replacement for a physical compass, paper map, or professional wilderness training. Always communicate your plans to a third party before heading out.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
TrailMapp is a premium, subscription-only service. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:
Platform Billing All transactions and renewals are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Amazon Appstore through which you downloaded the app.
Management Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through your specific device's store account settings.
Refunds TrailMapp does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are subject to the policies and discretion of the respective platform provider.
3. Technical Disclaimer & Offline Use
While we strive for reliability, TrailMapp is provided 'as-is' regarding technical performance.
Technical Failures We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for hardware failures, battery depletion, or software bugs.
Offline Responsibility It is your sole responsibility to download necessary map data for offline use prior to entering areas without cellular service.
Liability Exclusion We are not liable for any damages resulting from app crashes, GPS signal loss, or the inability to access data while in the field.
4. Proprietary Rights and Restrictions
All content within TrailMapp is protected by intellectual property laws.
Ownership All map data, code, and interface designs are the property of TrailMapp or its licensors.
Prohibited Use You may not scrape or harvest map data for competing products or reverse engineer any part of the application.
Property Rights The appearance of a trail in the app does not grant a legal right to trespass on private property or restricted government lands.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailMapp and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
